We are happy to provide all required documentation, including risk assessments and insurance certificates, upon request.
⚠️ Safety Procedures
Safety is at the core of everything we do. Our darts experience is fully supervised and professionally managed at all times.
On-Site Supervision
A trained host is present throughout the event
All gameplay is monitored and controlled
Guests are guided through rules and safe play
📏 Setup Requirements
We ensure all setups are installed safely and appropriately for each venue.
Typical space required:
Width: 2.5–3 metres
Depth: 4.5–5 metres
Height: Minimum 2.4 metres
We adapt our setup where possible and always confirm suitability with the client or venue in advance.
Access & Requirements
To ensure a smooth setup and operation, we kindly request:
Access to the venue 30–45 minutes prior to the event for setup
Nearby parking or unloading access where possible
A flat, stable surface for the setup area
Access to WiFi (preferred) We utilise a digital scoring system to enhance the guest experience, which benefits from a stable WiFi connection where available.
If WiFi is not available, we can still operate using alternative methods where required.
